The Lady Eagles (12-12, 5-7 Sun Belt) will wrap up their home schedule with this game, which is followed immediately by a men’s basketball contest against South Alabama. Fans are reminded that parking enforcement will follow men’s basketball regulations, with handicap spaces available on a first-come, first-serve basis. The game will also celebrate Black History Month, with recognitions throughout the evening and a halftime tribute to the Mu Nu Chapter of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc., for winning the homecoming step show.
Southern Miss is aiming for a strong finish to its season, with six games remaining. The team recently fell 76-67 at Toledo in the MAC-SBC Challenge, dropping to a 12-12 overall record and 3-8 in 2026. ULM (11-12, 5-8 Sun Belt) features a roster with 14 newcomers, including transfers from Division I programs and junior colleges, following a roster overhaul last offseason.

Ingram, a transfer from Appalachian State, and Mays-Prince, from Georgia Southern, both played Southern Miss last season. The Warhawks are also powered by Marcavia Shavers, who averages 9.2 rebounds and 9.7 points per game.
Southern Miss holds an 18-13 lead in the all-time series, though ULM has won the last five meetings, including a recent streak under coach Bilderback. The Lady Eagles are 12-3 against ULM in Reed Green Coliseum.
