Ole Miss Women’s Golf Finishes Ninth at Clemson Invitational

The No. 17 Ole Miss women’s golf team wrapped up its regular season at the Clemson Invitational on Sunday in Sunset, South Carolina. The Rebels finished tied for ninth with a team score of 881, 17 strokes over par.

Sophie Linder shot a 1-under 71 in the final round, recording the low round for Ole Miss on the day. Mary Miller led the Rebels individually, finishing tied for 19th. The Savannah, Georgia native has finished inside the top 20 in six of eight stroke play events this season.

Ole Miss will now prepare for the SEC Championship, scheduled for April 17-21 at the Pelican Golf Club in Belleair, Florida. This marks the team’s final event of the regular season before postseason play, according to university athletics officials.
