Ole Miss Women’s Golf Finishes 13th at Darius Rucker Intercollegiate

The University of Mississippi women’s golf team finished 13th at the 14th annual Darius Rucker Intercollegiate on Wednesday at Long Cove Golf Club in Hilton Head, South Carolina. The Rebels posted a team score of 882, which is 30 over par, according to school officials.

Mary Miller recorded her third top-10 finish of the season, carding a final score of 214 (+1). She shot a two-under 69 in the final round, marking her ninth round of the season under par. Miller also made six birdies during the round, including four consecutively on her back nine.

Kajsalotta Svarvar finished inside the top 25 with a score of 218 (+5). Ole Miss had the third-most birdies among teams for the week, totaling 41. The Rebels will now prepare for the Old Barnwell Derby Match Play in Aiken, South Carolina, on March 16-17.
