Mississippi Valley State Women’s Basketball Faces Prairie View A&M in Upcoming Home Game
The Mississippi Valley State University women’s basketball team will host Prairie View A&M on Thursday evening at the R.W. Harrison HPER Complex. The game is scheduled to tip off at 5:30 p.m. and will be broadcast on SWAC TV with live radio coverage on G-Line Radio.
The Devilettes enter the game with a 4-19 record overall and a 3-9 mark in Southwestern Athletic Conference play. They are looking to snap a six-game losing streak. Prairie View A&M holds a 2-22 record this season and is winless in conference play at 0-13.
Since the 2010-11 season, Prairie View A&M leads the series against Mississippi Valley State 23-7. The last meeting occurred on Jan. 10, 2026, in Prairie View, Texas, where the Panthers edged the Devilettes 80-73. Prairie View’s last victory over Mississippi Valley State was on Feb. 20, 2025, with a 57-50 win.
