Mississippi Valley State Baseball Set for Series at Jacksonville State

Jacksonville, Ala. — Mississippi Valley State University’s baseball team is coming off an eight-day break after opening its season in Texas. The Delta Devils will play a two-game series against Jacksonville State this week.

The series features the first-ever meetings between the programs. Mississippi Valley State enters with a 0-4 record, while Jacksonville State is 5-2 and a member of Conference USA.

The games are scheduled for Tuesday at 4 p.m. and Wednesday at 11 a.m. Both contests will be held at Rudy Abbott Field at Jim Case Stadium in Jacksonville. The opening game will be streamed on ESPN+, with the second game also available on the platform. Fans can listen to the games on the Gamecock Radio Network and follow live stats online.
