Jackson State Tennis Reschedules Matches Due to Winter Weather

Jackson, Miss. — Winter weather across Mississippi and the South has led Jackson State University to alter its tennis schedule, according to the Division of Athletics.

The women’s team was set to play in Natchitoches, Louisiana, on Sunday and Monday. Those matches have been rescheduled for the following week. Jackson State will now face Lamar at 2 p.m. on Jan. 28 and Northwestern State at 11 a.m. on Jan. 29.

The program also moved its Mississippi College matches to Feb. 3. The women’s team will play at 1 p.m., and the men’s team will play at 3 p.m. on that day.
