Five Belhaven Student-Athletes Earn CSC Academic All-District Honors

JACKSON, Miss. — The College Sports Communicators announced their 2025 Academic All-District teams for men’s and women’s basketball this week, honoring five student-athletes from Belhaven University.

Eligible players must be at least sophomores academically and athletically, maintain a minimum 3.5 GPA, and participate in at least 90% of their team’s contests or start in 66% of them. Schools can recognize up to four honorees per sport.

Belhaven’s selections include Benjamin Stewart and Neal Terry from the men’s team, and Kamren Edwards, Tra’Shaylah Wilson, and Allison Liddell from the women’s team. The honorees represent the top student-athletes combining academic achievement with athletic performance, according to CSC.

The program recognizes athletes across four divisions — NCAA Division I, II, III, and NAIA. The 2025-26 teams highlight the nation’s top performers in both academics and sports.
