The Delta State University men’s golf team finished 11th at the 2026 Music City Invitational held at Hermitage Golf Course in Old Hickory, Tennessee. The team posted a three-round total of 862 strokes, 22 over par, on a par 70 course.
Gonzalo De Minon led the Statesmen in the final round with a 69, finishing 26th individually with a total score of 213, three over par. Cooper Jones tied for 34th after shooting a 72 in the third round, ending with a three-round total of 216.
Payne Bius and Hayden Webber both tied for 48th place, each with a total score of 218. Bius and Webber carded a 71 in the final round. The team will compete in the Gulf South Conference Championships on April 20-21 at Grey Stone Golf Course in Dickson, Tennessee.
